Over the last week, I opened new positions in the Lennar May 45 put and Pulte Group April 21 put. Shortly after, I recommended exiting half of each for gains as both pulled back. Today, after watching these homebuilders fall even more, I’m recommending that you sell to close the second halves of the LEN and PHM put trades for solid gains.
I also opened the Silver ETF January 2016 15 call on a silver-gold ratio argument over the last two weeks. Today, I’m recommending that you sell to close half of the trade as silver turns around. I’m simply looking to protect gains in a crazed market. Hold the second half.
Last week, I also closed half of the United States Natural Gas ETF April 14 calls for gains of up to 57%.
