Meta VWAP Trade Review and New Live Trade List Update
Today in the War Room, we reviewed a VWAP retracement trade on Meta (META). We initially captured a programmed move from $542.30 back up to $543.11 — a clean bounce off the volume weighted average price (VWAP). While the preset target hit perfectly, the stock continued rallying all the way to the pivot line at $544.58, offering an extended $2.25 move for those managing the trade live.
Additionally, I previewed a new system that will post a live list of pending trade setups in the room. Pending trades will show in yellow, making it easier for everyone to spot opportunities before they trigger. This update goes live on Tuesday and should make it much easier to act quickly, even if you’re momentarily away from the chat.

Today’s session saw a strong risk-on tone early, driven by better-than-expected economic data and positive earnings surprises from several tech heavyweights. Major indices gapped higher at the open, with the S&P 500 and Nasdaq leading gains as traders responded to upbeat guidance from companies like Meta and Microsoft.
After the initial surge, momentum cooled midday as investors digested comments from Federal Reserve officials hinting that interest rates may remain elevated longer than previously expected. Despite this, dip-buying activity supported key levels, and the major averages managed to hold most of their early-session gains into the close.
Sectors tied to technology, consumer discretionary, and communications services outperformed, while defensive areas like utilities and consumer staples lagged. Treasury yields ticked higher in the afternoon session, applying some late-session pressure on rate-sensitive names.
In short: bullish open, choppy midday, firm close — a classic setup for active traders focused on VWAP retracements and pivot-based extensions, just like what we highlighted in today’s War Room session.
